Garantieerklärung und Wartungsanforderungen für

Ecosurface bieten eine 5-jährige Garantie auf die Unversehrtheit der installierte Boden wie folgt:

• Die Unversehrtheit für die Nutzung als Sicherheitsboden, Pfaden oder Freizeitfläche bleibt mindestens fünf Jahre ab dem Installationsdatum erhalten. Ein leichter Abrieb von abgelösten Gummifetzen ist zu erwarten. Mechanische oder vorsätzliche Schäden sind nicht abgedeckt.. Ansprüche, die sich aus Bodenbewegungen nach der Installation ergeben, können nicht abgedeckt werden.

• Es dürfen keine Probleme durch organisches Wachstum durch die Mulchboden entstehen. Bodenwachstum ist nicht abgedeckt.

• Das Pigment bleibt auf den Gummifetzen versiegelt und nutzt sich nicht ab. Wie bei allen Böden kann es zu einer Ansammlung von Bodenschmutz oder atmosphärischer Verunreinigung kommen, die außerhalb der Kontrolle des Installateurs liegt.

• Ecosurface verwendet UV-stabile Pigmente und hat das fertige Produkt im Ofen getestet, sodass wir branchenführende Farben zur Verfügung haben. Farbe bleibt jedoch immer subjektiv, sodass Farbtonveränderungen nicht unter Garantieansprüche fallen. 

• Es gibt keine formellen Wartungsanforderungen oder Routineverfahren, die erforderlich sind, um die Unversehrtheit der Boden zu erhalten oder die Gültigkeit der Garantie zu gewährleisten. Jegliche Reinigung der Boden oder Entfernung von Bewuchs usw. liegt ausschließlich im Ermessen des Benutzers und sollte nur aus ästhetischen Gründen erfolgen. Es sollte nur eine leichte Bürste und Wasser verwendet werden.

• In dem unwahrscheinlichen Fall, dass Reparaturen erforderlich sind, beschränkt sich die Haftung von Ecosurface auf die Wiederherstellung der Unversehrtheit der Boden, damit sie wieder für den vorgesehenen Zweck geeignet ist.Wir können keine Reklamationen akzeptieren, die ausschließlich auf ästhetischen Gründen beruhen, und wir können auch keine Ansprüche für Folgeschäden berücksichtigen.

(Bitte beachten Sie: Der Begriff GUMMIBOND® und diese Garantie gelten nur, wenn das komplette System aus recyceltem Gummimulch, Polyurethan-Bindemittel und bewährter Verlegemethode von Ecosurface geliefert wird. Sie gilt nicht, wenn Ecosurface nur als Materiallieferant fungiert. Wir können unter keinen Umständen eine Garantie übernehmen, wenn Installateure von Drittanbietern eingesetzt werden.)^rd party installers are used).

Ecobond

Ecobond is exactly the same material as we use for our warrantied Gummibond installs so we can be 100% certain that the shred type and size, the colouring process, and the binder are all designed to work together every time. However Ecosurface will not warranty the installed surface. When self-installing or giving the order directly to an installer then in the case of query our role would be to support them.

We have a great reputation for supporting installers when they have problems with an installation and it should be clear that we want every installation to succeed, but it is not possible for the workmanship on site on the day to be our responsibility. If you are using an installer who is familiar and confident with our system, they should be able to give you a written warranty stating exactly the same wording as we use. But it will clearly be their warranty – not ours.

We will happily give you the details of some installers who are taking direct orders and using our material every day and give their clients the same 5 year warranty conditions in their own name.

Alternatively, you may give Ecosurface the order for the installation. Then we will organise the site conditions, and we will select the installer that is used; then it will be called the Gummibond system and comes with our name on the warranty.

Just Mulch

Just Mulch material is produced to match or better the industry standards and consequently has a preferential lower unit price. Due to the possible variables in this type of material and accepting that the choice of binder used will have a huge impact on its durability, safety and daily installation variables that may be encountered it is not possible to provide any warranty or consultation on its use. We therefore suggest that its use should be limited to casual applications that do not have specific technical demands.
