Declaración de garantía y requisitos de mantenimiento para

Ecosurface ofrece una garantía de 5 años sobre la integridad de la superficie instalada:

• Mantendrá su integridad para su uso como superficie de seguridad, camino o superficie de ocio durante al menos cinco años a partir de la fecha de instalación. Se espera un ligero desprendimiento de fragmentos de caucho desprendidos.. Los daños mecánicos o intencionados no están cubiertos. No se las reclamaciones derivadas de movimientos del suelo posteriores a la instalación.

• No deberá haber problemas causados por el crecimiento orgánico a través de la superficie del mantillo. El crecimiento superficial no está cubierto

• El pigmento permanecerá sellado sobre las tiras de caucho y no se desgastará. Como ocurre todas las superficies, puede producirse una acumulación de suciedad superficial o contaminación atmosférica que escapa al control del instalador.

• Ecosurface utiliza pigmentos estables a los rayos UV y ha probado el producto acabado en horno para que disponemos de colores líderes en el sector. Sin embargo, el color siempre será subjetivo, por lo que los cambios en el tono del color no se tienen en cuenta en las reclamaciones de garantía. 

• No existen requisitos formales de mantenimiento ni procedimientos rutinarios necesarios para mantener la integridad de la superficie o para que la garantía siga siendo válida. Cualquier limpieza de la superficie o eliminación de crecimientos, etc., queda a discreción del usuario únicamente por razones estéticas, y sólo debe utilizarse un cepillo ligero y agua.

• En el improbable caso de que sea necesaria una reparación, la responsabilidad de Ecosurface se limita a restablecer la integridad de la superficie para que sea apta para su uso.No podemos aceptar reclamaciones basadas puramente en la estética ni podemos considerar reclamaciones por pérdidas consecuentes.

(Nota: El término GUMMIBOND® y esta garantía sólo se aplican cuando el sistema completo de mantillo de caucho reciclado, el aglutinante de poliuretano y el método de instalación probado son suministrados por Ecosurface. No se puede aplicar cuando Ecosurface se utiliza sólo como proveedor de material. No podemos, bajo ninguna , ofrecer una garantía cuando se utilicen instaladores de terceros).^rd party installers are used).

Ecobond

Ecobond is exactly the same material as we use for our warrantied Gummibond installs so we can be 100% certain that the shred type and size, the colouring process, and the binder are all designed to work together every time. However Ecosurface will not warranty the installed surface. When self-installing or giving the order directly to an installer then in the case of query our role would be to support them.

We have a great reputation for supporting installers when they have problems with an installation and it should be clear that we want every installation to succeed, but it is not possible for the workmanship on site on the day to be our responsibility. If you are using an installer who is familiar and confident with our system, they should be able to give you a written warranty stating exactly the same wording as we use. But it will clearly be their warranty – not ours.

We will happily give you the details of some installers who are taking direct orders and using our material every day and give their clients the same 5 year warranty conditions in their own name.

Alternatively, you may give Ecosurface the order for the installation. Then we will organise the site conditions, and we will select the installer that is used; then it will be called the Gummibond system and comes with our name on the warranty.

Just Mulch

Just Mulch material is produced to match or better the industry standards and consequently has a preferential lower unit price. Due to the possible variables in this type of material and accepting that the choice of binder used will have a huge impact on its durability, safety and daily installation variables that may be encountered it is not possible to provide any warranty or consultation on its use. We therefore suggest that its use should be limited to casual applications that do not have specific technical demands.
