Rubber mulch biedt een doorlopend, naadloos rubberen ondergrond aan dat slijtvast is en over bijna elk type bestaande grond kan worden gelegd zonder dat er funderingen nodig zijn. In combinatie met de natuurlijk ogende esthetiek en kleuropties is het uniek gepositioneerd om het hele jaar door te worden gebruikt in een enorme verscheidenheid aan toepassingen.

Het proces begint met het recyclen van massief rubber dat anders naar de stortplaats zou gaan; vervolgens wordt er een gekleurde coating op aangebracht. Op de installatie locatie worden de rubbersnippers gemengd met een polyurethaan bindmiddel en het mengsel wordt vervolgens eenvoudig uitgesmeerd met een troffel.

Omdat dit gebonden snippersysteem zelfdragend is, hoeven er geen funderingen te worden gegraven en omdat er geen groot of zwaar materieel nodig is, is het kosteneffectief, zelfs voor kleine of moeilijk toegankelijke gebieden. Bovendien kan het gemakkelijk rechtstreeks worden aangebracht op bijna alle bestaande bodems, inclusief gras of aarde, oude tegels of gietvloer, steenslag of beton; het volgt de natuurlijke glooiing van de grond en/of absorbeert golvingen en kan zelfs rechtstreeks over boomwortels en rond planten worden verspreid.

Er zijn echter zoveel variabelen in bronmateriaal, productie, kleuren en installatietechnieken dat de prestaties en veiligheid sterk kunnen variëren. Daarom kunt u onze website gebruiken om uzelf wegwijs te maken in de basisprincipes, maar u zult merken dat we geen online bestelmogelijkheden hebben, omdat we u sterk aanraden gebruik te maken van onze ongeëvenaarde expertise op dit gebied en ons te bellen om uw project te bespreken, zodat we u goed kunnen adviseren.

Specificatiekiezer

Het is algemeen bekend dat het Ecobond-materiaal een aanzienlijk hogere technische specificatie heeft dan al het andere in de industrie, dus de productselectie zal waarschijnlijk worden gebaseerd op de vraag of u zo'n hoge specificatie nodig hebt of is het budgetbereik acceptabel?

Voor formele installaties die extra tests en garanties nodig hebben om bestand te zijn tegen intensief gebruik zonder andere soorten ondergronden of onderlagen toe te voegen, of wanneer chemische veiligheid belangrijk is met kruipende kinderen of waterlopen, is Ecobond de enige optie in de industrie die waarschijnlijk aanvaardbaar is. Als u echter gewoon een informele bodembedekking nodig hebt, kunt u met goedkopere verwerkingsmethoden onze 'Just Mulch' of andere budgetmerken gebruiken.

Dit is ons budgetassortiment dat is ontworpen om te concurreren met eenheidsprijzen waarbij veiligheid, duurzaamheid en technische prestaties minder belangrijk kunnen zijn. Net als andere leveranciers kunnen we goedkopere productiemethoden gebruiken, maar net als de concurrenten installeren we dit materiaal niet en bieden we niet dezelfde testmogelijkheden of garantie als onze Ecobond-kwaliteit.

Deze optie om 2 kleuren te mengen is zonder extra kosten inbegrepen bij het bestellen van het Gummibond™ systeem.

Polyurethaan bindmiddelen:

Een essentieel onderdeel van elk systeem en er is een breed scala aan bindmiddelformules voor verschillende toepassingen, dus niet alle formules zijn geschikt voor het type rubbersnippers dat in onze systemen wordt gebruikt, en we weten uit testen die we hebben uitgevoerd dat de hoeveelheid bindmiddel die u moet aanbrengen sterk kan variëren; de stukprijs is dus geen goede richtlijn voor de waarde ervan.

Alle bindmiddelen die we verkopen zijn 100% vrij van oplosmiddelen en hebben geen speciale opslaginstructies of transportbeperkingen.

Alle bindmiddelen die we verkopen vereisen geen extra behandeling of toevoegingen ter plaatse; de katalysator voor de vereiste chemische reactie is gewoon luchtvochtigheid.

Just Binder™: Een echt goede kwaliteit bindmiddel dat bewezen heeft te werken met rubber mulch in een standaard reactietijd en een consistente gebruiksratio. We kunnen Just Binder™ alleen leveren zonder dat u tegelijkertijd Just Mulch® rubber hoeft aan te schaffen.

Ecobond™ bindmiddel: Is speciaal geformuleerd om te werken met onze kwaliteit Ecobond™ rubber mulch, ons exclusieve coatingsysteem en onze installatietechnieken, en daarom kunnen we zeker zijn van optimale sterkte om elke snipper vast te zetten zonder 'door te glazuren' zoals standaard bindmiddelen doen. De plastic vaten van 25 kilo zijn beter in staat om de omgevingstemperatuur te handhaven, terwijl de snellere uithardingstijd kan leiden tot lagere nachtelijke beveiligingskosten, meer werkuren per dag, minder noodzaak om te anticiperen op temperatuurschommelingen en weersomstandigheden en het risico van atmosferische verontreiniging zou moeten verminderen. We hebben een optionele herformulering voor het geval het nodig is om te installeren in extreme hitte met een lagere luchtvochtigheid. Let op: we verkopen Ecobond™ bindmiddel alleen als systeem wanneer het samen met onze Ecobond™ mulch wordt gekocht.
