We can accept orders by phone or by email or by post; but you will always receive a written order acknowledgement from us (we do not have automated online ordering). Ecosurface is a trading name of Walton Moore Ltd, which is the name that will appear on credit card receipts and bank statements.
Gummibond™ will be quoted as a finished warrantied surface, normally calculated on a square metre rate which will ordinarily include basic ground preparation, geotextile, materials, waste clearance, and the 5 year warranty (click here for more details).
Ecobond™ and ‘Just Mulch®’ material sales for self-install will be quoted as ex works ready for collection or we can organise courier transport with delivery chargeable at cost.
We can accept all the usual methods of payment, including the setting up of credit accounts for bona fide trade clients.

Stored at our distribution centres as a pallet of 100 x 10 kg bags of a single colour. For storage and shipping internally, we use a combination of cardboard outers / wooden frames and shrink wrap for containment; but for onward sale they need remain stable through a pallet courier delivery network so although we can repackage to meet any quantity of any combination of colours on the same order, this repackaging may not allow for 100 bags on a pallet.
For small orders or residual amounts we may attempt to save you carriage costs and put mulch and binder on the same pallet, however there is no exact combination of when this may be possible so the final number of pallets and therefore the delivery cost will need to be confirmed for each order. |

Use of courier services
We normally request to the delivery company that the delivery is made on a rigid truck, which is fitted with a tail lift and carries a pump truck; but the delivery service is to kerbside only, and must be onto solid ground and the goods will need to be signed for on delivery. Please note that we may raise additional charges if a delivery cannot be made due to not being available to sign for it, or where we have not been made aware of access difficulties or where we do not have at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or amended instructions.
Important: – As our goods are despatched using networked pallet couriers who work to the terms and conditions of the RHA (Road Haulage Association), then our customers are advised that Ecosurface liability is also limited to these terms and conditions. This means that Ecosurface cannot under any circumstances accept claims for consequential losses should the booked service levels not be fulfilled.
On site storage
Once delivery has been made, the rubber must not be allowed to get wet (note the bags have air holes in them so must remain completely protected against rain, frost etc.).
Once the binder is exposed to moisture in the air, it will start to cure (harden) so we suggest keeping each keg sealed until just before use. The binder should not be exposed to freezing temperatures. Care should be taken to use the binder prior to the expiry date printed on each keg. Our binders are 100% solvent free so do not require any special transport or storage facilities.
